The Robotic Program Manager is responsible and accountable for planning, organizing, and monitoring the operations of the Robotic Surgery Program to achieve and improve patient outcomes, provisions of care, and services. Nature and Scope 1. Responsible for the overall administration and operations of the Robotic Surgery Program under the direction of the Nurse Managers, Directors, Robotic Program Medical Director, and VP of Surgical Services. Leads the Robotic Surgery Program Steering Committee meetings. Ensures the timeline and key deliverables of the implementation plan are achieved. Responsible for reporting and achieving operational, financial, and outcome targets. Responsible for pursuit and maintenance of COE designation. Coordinates program observation activities in conjunction with Intuitive Oversees and manages robotic supply instrumentation and inventory. 2.
