Starting pay: $28.00 USD JOB SUMMARY Perform all mechanical, plumbing and electrical maintenance throughout property. ESSENTIAL DUITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May include, but is not limited to the following) Implement routine maintenance and urgent repair works in accordance with sound engineering practices and occupational health and safety regulations. Closely monitor the effects of servicing and maintenance on their condition wherever possible. Ensure that all records of maintenance and testing are kept. Minimum three years experience as a general building repair technician preferably involved in hospitality industry Worked in the Engineering or Facilities department in relation to general building maintenance Perform preventive maintenance of all mechanical equipment Lamp replacement Fixture repair and replacement Circuit breaker reset Change AC filters Basic plumbing repairs Hotel Guest room repairs Respond to Maximo WOs Keep daily logs Support events Exemplify our core values, ...Engineer, Repair Technician, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, Hospitality, Skills
