The Grand Sierra Resort and Casino is seeking a talented and qualified individual to serve as Fun. Quest Attendant. The applicant should provide prompt and courteous service to Fun. Quest guests, both in person and on the telephone. Maintain guest supplies and appearance of facility. Assist in clerical and customer service in the Fun. Quest Center. The Fun. Quest Attendant will ensure a hospitable, smooth and efficient operation. This role is highly visible and interacts with sponsors, vendors, clients, and GSR Management. Leads by example at all times and provides the highest level of customer service to all guests, vendors and clients. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
