Key Responsibilities
* Process weekly, multistate, and union payroll for 200+ employees
* Review and collect timecards for accuracy
* Prepare and submit certified payroll and prevailing wage reports
* Manage tax payments and reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually)
* Handle garnishments, child support, and other payroll deductions
* Administer collective bargaining agreements and union reporting
* Support compliance audits and maintain accurate payroll records
What You'll Bring
* High school diploma required; 4+ years of related experience preferred
* Experience calculating pay adjustments for overtime, time off, etc.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset when assisting employees with payroll questions
* Construction industry experience in payroll is required
* Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
* Experience with Viewpoint or another major ERP system is highly desirable
* Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
