Starting at $12.00 plus Tips! JOB SUMMARY - Prepare and serve beverages to guests and servers (food servers, cocktail waitresses). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May include, but is not limited to the following) Greet guests in a friendly and cheerful manner while taking their drink order. Prepare drinks using proper recipe and glassware. Serve drinks in a fast, friendly and efficient manner. Keep the bar clean and organized. Direct beverage attendants. Correctly ring up drinks on the register and return correct change. Answer guest questions about the property and events. Monitor guest alcohol consumption levels and intoxication level.
