As an Administrative Coordinator II, you will play a crucial role in supporting our facilities' operations and managing daily administrative tasks while providing top-tier customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will offer proactive administrative support to multiple leaders and employees. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and assisting another administrative professional with office and breakroom supplies, conference room setups, the support of internal and customer meetings, and handling business meal support requests. You will also help employees prepare and submit expense reports and manage the creation and submission of indirect purchase requisitions as needed. Timely execution of clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and data entry will be part of your daily routine. You will support our administrative team by keeping us organized, on track, and operating efficiently, while also providing support to the operations facilities as needed. This position demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask and work under pressure. Additionally, you will contribute to the completion of various projects and goals for both Operations and the MST Administrative team.
