We are seeking an Experienced General Superintendent to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation


• Allocate resources for assigned projects


• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors


• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients


• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial and multi-family new ground up construction. Strong in coming out of the ground and interior finishes


• Familiarity with construction management software listed below


• Strong leadership qualities


• Deadline and detail-oriented


• Great attitude


• Strong communication skills


• Team oriented

EXPERIENCE IN EXCEL, BLUE BEAM, ADOBE, OUTLOOK, & MICROSOFT PROJECT FOR SCHEDULING.

ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE WITH SCHEDULES & BUDGETS.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST FIVE YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH GENERAL CONTRACTOR ON COMMERCIAL GROUND UP, MULTI-FAMILY, AND TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS.

GENERAL CONTRACTOR WORKING ON COMMERCIAL PROJECTS / DESIGN BUILD.
