Overview

Thorndal Armstrong is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Las Vegas office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of prior insurance defense experience and proficiency in all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities

• Managing document productions


• Preparing authorizations to access privileged information


• Drafting 16.1 disclosures


• Coordinating with experts to provide necessary documents


• Summarizing medical records


• Organizing documents, records, and exhibits for trial

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of prior insurance defense experience


• Proficiency in all phases of litigation


• Strong understanding of Federal and State Court filing systems


• Familiarity with the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure
