Description:

One of Insight Global's clients is looking for an Environmental Permitting to support one of our renewable energy clients in Reno, NV. The Environmental Permitting Manager will report to the Director, Business Development. The Environmental Permitting Manager will be focused on permitting in support of exploration, development, and construction of their renewable energy projects.

Salary Range: 115,000-125,000

Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project or Smartsheet, and ArcGIS.
Education: Bachelor's in Biology, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, or equivalent
Experience: 5+ years in project permitting and environmental review within power generation, oil and gas, energy, utility, mining, or heavy industry (thats about how long it takes to get permitting from beginning to end for a project )
Deep knowledge of NEPA and CEQA regulations
Experience working with Federal, State, and local agencies
Willingness to travel (up to 20%).
