Bilingual Office Clerk

We are seeking a motivated bilingual (Spanish/English) Office Clerk for a part-time role in our busy construction office. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and organizational skills, we would like to hear from you.

Position Details:

  • Pay: $17-$21/hour
  • Schedule: 10:00 am 3:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch. Part-time; may increase over time as needed
  • Location: On-site at our Reno construction office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately code invoices
  • Prepare packages for FedEx
  • Process and verify new hire paperwork
  • Perform copying, printing, and scanning tasks
  • General office and computer duties
  • Maintain office cleanliness (taking out trash, sweeping, etc.)

Requirements:

  • MUST be fluent in Spanish (read, write, speak)
  • Familiarity with MS Office, including Outlook and basic Excel
  • Comfortable and adaptable in a construction office environment where direct language may occasionally be used
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and demonstrate resilience in a dynamic workplace
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
