Mills Roofing Inc. Exterior Project Laborer

Location: Sparks, NV | Full-Time

We are expanding our team and looking for dependable, hard-working crew members to help with a variety of hands-on projects.

About the Role: We are looking for full-time Laborers to assist with roofing projects, Roof Maxx applications, and Jellyfish lighting installations. This is a physical, outdoor role that requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely at heights. Crew members will gain valuable skills and have the opportunity to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport equipment and materials to job sites
• Set up ladders, scaffolding, and hoisting equipment as needed
• Assist team members with roofing tasks, Roof Maxx applications, and Jellyfish lighting installations
• Remove old materials, prep job sites, and maintain clean work areas
• Apply coatings or other materials as required for Roof Maxx treatments
• Help install and set up Jellyfish lighting for projects
• Track time and materials on each job using AccuLynx and Crew App
• Communicate with leads about project updates and material needs
• Attend training and safety meetings to improve skills
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team

Qualifications: Must be 18+ years old. Comfortable working outdoors and at heights. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor. Reliable transportation. Valid NV driver's license preferred. Prior experience with hand tools, roofing, or general construction a plus, but not required. OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required.
