Job DescriptionJob DescriptionKeep our warehouse running smoothly! Join the team as a Warehouse Maintenance Tech! Reno Staffing is looking for a hands-on technician to help maintain a large warehouse and office space. This temp-to-hire role offers long-term stability, weekend overtime opportunities, and cross-training in multiple trades. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and working with your hands, this is the job for you.
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
Pay: $25.00/hr
Location: Reno, NV 89502 NOT ON A BUSLINE. You must have your own vehicle. No exceptions.

Summary: You'll perform repairs, installations, and general upkeep of building systems and equipment—electrical, mechanical, welding, painting, and more. Every day brings something new and essential to keeping operations running smoothly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machines, building systems, and powered equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (5VDC to 480VAC)
• Weld, fabricate, and repair fixtures and structural elements
• Maintain office, lunchroom, and restroom equipment
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and floor scrubbers
• Provide groundskeeping and general cleaning
• Track maintenance records and follow safety protocols
• Move racking and maintain Blue Carts as needed

At the discretion of your lead or supervisor, you may be asked to perform additional job-related tasks not listed above.
Competency:To succeed in this role, candidates should bring:

• Experience in electrical, plumbing, or carpentry (Journeyman certificate )
• Electrical Safety Hazard Training (NFPA 70E)
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• Skilled with hand/power tools and precision instruments
• Comfortable working from heights and around warehouse equipment
• Resume and interview required
• Drug test required after interview (THC not tested)
