This class is for non-experienced individuals who have not worked in the industry prior.

What you need to succeed (Read This Twice)

This program isn't for those who take shortcuts. It's for people ready to hustle.

If you:

• Show up on time and ready to grind
• Are coachable, curious, and hungry to learn
• Have one year of experience in a position of responsibility
• Or already know a little and want to go pro
• Are comfortable with smart phone, iPads or laptops- tech savvy is a MUST
• Can pass a background check & drug test
• Have at least 2 years of clean driving experience
• Want a career, not another mid-level job

What You'll Do

• Work side-by-side with Goettl's top HVAC pros
• Learn real skills: service, repair, installation
• Hit milestones and watch your pay go up
• Put in 40-60 hours a week (earn while you learn)
• Graduate into a guaranteed Maintenance Tech role

This training will last 12 weeks and requires perfect attendance, otherwise candidates will be eliminated. No pre-arranged absences will be allowed at this time.
