We are expanding our network and looking for Dock Supervisors to join our team. Ideal candidates will have experience leading dock operations in an LTL freight environment. Pay Range: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year, General Benefits: Benefits include 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.

Job Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety of all employees
• Ability to resolve conflict
• Make recommendations to Terminal Manager on advancement opportunities and disciplinary suggestions of terminal employees
• Plan deliveries using the Inbound Planning Tool
• Schedule Drivers to meet customers' expectations with efficient workloads
• Communicate with customers, and company employees on delivery concerns
• Ensure customers requirements are being met
• Enter Customer Pickup Request
• Assign Pickups to the Appropriate Driver
