We are currently looking for a Billing Operations Specialist for one of our businesses. The Billing Support team is a dynamic and evolving group of specialists in the field of payments. We work remotely, consulting users from around the world on payment issues, conducting investigations of interesting cases like real detectives, pumping our own expertise in the field of online payments to perform even more effectively.
What we expect from you: Upper Intermediate / Advanced English (B2+), spoken and written. This is very important for us because we mainly communicate with Americans; Readiness to work in night shifts (7:00 PM-3:00 AM); Experience working with customers: by phone, email, chats and/or in person; Experience working with online payments. Basic understanding of how the online payment industry works and experience working with fraud and chargebacks are also welcome; Initiative and organization - we are not afraid to talk about problems and offer ideas, we can take responsibility for achievements and for mistakes, we control our working time on shift; Inside you lives a detective who loves to explore complex situations, analyze facts and get to the root cause, propose ways to solve it; Unending desire to learn and develop in IT.
Wow! And how exactly does the job go? We communicate with English-speaking customers through calls, chats, and tickets regarding payment issues; We solve complex requests that are passed to us from the first line of support. Examples of complex requests: "I want to refund my money!", "I want to report a technical problem with payments"; We proactively work with fraud on the platform; We monitor the operation of the payment infrastructure in real time, detect abnormal errors, payment throughput failures, etc.; We develop professional skills at trainings and lectures for further career growth.
