The Assistant Superintendent will assist the Superintendent in the oversight of safety, scheduling, and construction activities for tilt-up and commercial building projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Superintendent in the coordination of all construction activities
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
Assist with scheduling and monitoring of project timelines
Collaborate with project team members, including subcontractors and vendors
Help ensure project completion within budget and quality requirements
Assist with site inspections, quality control, and testing
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in construction management
Previous experience with tilt-up building projects preferred
Strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols
Excellent scheduling and project management skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
Bachelors degree in construction management or related field preferred
