Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Machine Operator II - 3rd Shift. The core hours are 10:00pm to 6:30am. The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 per hour.

Proficiently operate assigned machines/presses
Troubleshoot various machinery problems
Identify and tag tubs according to shop orders
QC and document all parts run on machines
Retrieve and enter data into SAP computer system
Inventory components and supplies as needed to ensure efficient and timely production
Keep work areas clean and safe
Other various duties and responsibilities as may be assigned

Basic (Required) Qualifications:
No relocation package offered. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Reno, NV to be considered for this position. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitations.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Six (6) + months of experience with forming or bending machines
Six (6) + months of experience reading drawings or blueprints
Experience confirming that parts conform to specs using measuring tools.
Able to operate machinery and presses safely
Able to read, accurately interpret and produce parts from blueprints and shop drawings
Able to identify different gauges and types of raw material
Able to accurately read tape measure, scales, and calipers
Able to work effectively and productively as member of a team with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements:
Able to stand on feet continuously during working shift.
Able to lift and bend on a continuous basis
Able to regularly lift 35 pounds without assistance.
Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment as required by company policy and procedure.
Working Conditions:
Exposure to cold/heat weather conditions while shipping doors are open
Fast paced working, while maintaining safety priorities
