HR Systems Analyst

Join the Human Resources department at the University of Nevada, Reno to support Workday HCM and end?user application support.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and support the IT Service Management Software (ITSM) for Workday, including the HCM service catalog and reporting functions.


• Manage the help desk, incident tracking system, and provide HR application administration and support.


• Liaise between end?users and the HCM team, anticipate user needs, and support application enhancements and system changes.


• Coordinate projects and resources, serving in a leadership role to ensure user needs are met.

Qualifications

• High School/Equivalent and four (4) years of related work experience OR


• Associates Degree and three (3) years of related work experience OR


• Bachelors Degree and two (2) years of related work experience OR


• Masters Degree and one (1) year of related work experience


• Related experience: application support, customer service, data analysis, and end?user experience in business operations or related.

Preferred Qualifications

• Help desk, system administration, application support, system testing, user support, or expertise with computer applications and systems are relevant for this position.

Schedule

Standard business hours, approximately 8-5.

Compensation Grade

Administrative Faculty B (Typical range $58,000-$67,000).
