Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator with hands-on pick and pack experience. The role involves handling, moving, and organizing materials safely and efficiently, operating powered material handling equipment (PMHE), and assisting with shipping and inventory tasks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.



Key Responsibilities:

• Transport finished products from production lines to warehouse storage or for order fulfillment.
• Pick, assemble, and load customer orders (LTL or small package systems) involving multiple products and container sizes.
• Operate powered material handling equipment (PMHE) to move, store, load, and unload hazardous finished products.
• Process inventory control data, shipping manifests, packing lists, and billing information using a computer system.
• Support warehouse organization following Axalta Way principles.
• Assist in cleaning spills and maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
• Reorganize and restock materials as needed to optimize warehouse operations.

• True warehouse experience, including pick and pack operations.
• Knowledge of basic computer and warehousing functions.
• Ability to use hand tools and operate PMHE (training/licensing provided if needed).
• Basic understanding of SAP for inventory troubleshooting (preferred).
• Strong attention to safety and operational efficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying climate conditions.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime or other shifts as scheduled.
