Answers office telephone, taking written messages as required and directs calls to appropriate persons.
Transcribes minutes from meetings upon request. Creates forms as required.
Performs data entry of patient information and staff members' time sheet/itinerary information.
Distributes reports and inter-office correspondence as needed.
Utilizes copier, fax machine and pager system. Aids in general maintenance of office equipment.
Performs clerical duties for staff when approved by Office Manager.
Skills:
Minimum 1 year receptionist experience.Â
Minimum 1 year receptionist experience.Â
Medical office experience preferred.
Excellent phone and customer service skills.
Basic PC skills, Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.Â
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.ÂÂ
Demonstrates excellent observation and communication skills.ÂÂ
Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.ÂÂ
Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations.

Education:
