Title: Security Officer

Location: Reno, Nevada

Duration: Direct Hire

Compensation: $48,000 - $52,000

Shifts: 8am-4pm or 4pm-12am or 12am-8am

• Opportunities for Overtime
• 5 consecutive days, 2 days off
• 1 shift will be assigned for a 2 month period
• Preferably looking for people open to all 3 shifts

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ Years of customer-facing roles

• Strong understand of policies and discipline

• Interest in the Security Field

• Experience with Microsoft suites

• Ability to create detailed reports

• Respond to distress calls

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Valid Driver's License

• High School Diploma or GED

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Any Law enforcement/Military experience

• Any experience in security

• Any Law Enforcement Dispatch experience

Job Description

The Security Officer is responsible for patrolling and monitoring facilities, controlling access points, maintaining incident logs, writing reports, communicating with staff and customers, escorting tours/vendors, responding to alarms and irregularities, and directing traffic.

Compensation:

$48,000 - 52,000 per year annual salary.
