Accountabilities:

Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications to enhance incident response and alerting workflows.

Collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand user needs, define edge cases, and deliver practical, well-designed solutions.

Respond to critical production incidents through shared on-call rotation.

Promote engineering best practices, maintain high code quality, and mentor team members.

Contribute to iterative improvements in the product and development processes.
