Job Details

The Tower Remodel Laborer is responsible for supporting the engineering department and/or sub-contractors during remodel or renovation projects.
Duties:
* General labor work.
* Deliver materials to worksites and dispose of materials when necessary.
* Store items properly throughout property.
* Assess areas and determine if any repair or upkeep is necessary.
* Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and fix and report unsafe conditions to management.
Qualifications:
* Must be able to obtain an OSHA 10 certification.
* Experience in labor/remodel work preferred.
* Be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadline pressures.
* Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
