The Rack Clerk assists the Hotel Shift Manager by effectively managing the hotel inventory.
Duties:
* Maintain positive, constructive working relationships with coworkers and guests.
* Maintain strong communication with other departments to streamline hotel operations.
* Effectively manage and control the hotel inventory to ensure maximum utilization.
* Assist Hotel Shift Manager in executing shift reports.
* Maintain ticket bank and Ticket Sales window.
* Assist on the front line as needed.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum one-year front desk experience.
* Minimum one-year customer service experience.
* Minimum one-year experience in the operation of the AS/400 including the LMS and CMS programs.
