The Front Office Host is responsible for assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all Front Office-related functions and to maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
Responsibilities Include:
* Welcome and register guests, providing exceptional service throughout their stay.
* Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel's property management system.
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism and care.
* Manage cash, credit, and room charge transactions accurately.
* Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Engineering, Bell Desk, etc.) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
* Answer and route phone calls and messages in a courteous and timely manner.
* Maintain a working knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
* Uphold Hyatt's high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest engagement at the Front Desk.
