Sparks off Greg Street$19.20/ hour$1.00/ hour attendance bonuse. Load paper on the production line. Shape various products, such as croissants following approved procedures maintaining the speed of the production line. Place product on pattern parchement paper. Take weight of sample products. Visually inspect products according to specifications. Rework product that did not meet original specifications but can be salvaged and reused. Ensure that all products entering the proofer meets the companys specifications in appearance, shape and weight. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils. Follow all requirements of SQF, FSMA, HACCP/ HARPC, cGMPs, and OSHA regulations as they pertain to food safety in a manufacturing facility. Follow all local, state and federal regulations.
