Bus Person

Schedule: Part Time

Location: Sparks, Nevada

Salary: Will discuss with applicant

Summary: The Bus Person is responsible for providing guests with efficient and friendly service, while maintaining a clean dining environment to ensure our guests return visit.

Minimum/Preferred Requirements:

- A minimum of six months bussing experience is preferred.

- Must be flexible to work any day of the week and any shift.

- Must be able to repeatedly lift 40 lbs. to chest.

- Excellent customer relations and communication skills.

- Ability to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.

- Must be able to speak and understand English.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

- Sincerely greet each guest at their table and genuinely thank the guests.

- Know the script and hours/days of operation of restaurants.

- Provides initial and ongoing beverage service for the guest.

- Responsible for clearing, cleaning and resetting tables.

- Responsible for maintaining the required levels of supplies in the dining room.

- Complete shift side work requirements.

- Adheres to all department requirements, including proper food safety and sanitation protocols.
