As a Warehouse Operations Shift Supervisor, you will lead and motivate your team to drive sales and create memorable live events and sampling experiences for customers right in their shopping environment. You will also provide valuable support to management and ensure exceptional operational efficiency.

Now, let's talk about you:

• Comfortable engaging with customers and management with a friendly and enthusiastic approach
• At least 18 years old
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly and standing for up to 6 hours
• Willing to prepare, cook, and maintain equipment and work areas effectively
• Possess reliable transportation to the work location
• Exhibit excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• A motivated self-starter with a strong focus on action and results
• Ability to work independently, while also building successful teamwork skills
• Committed to performing duties with a safety-oriented mindset in a retail environment
