At APEX, a Diverzify company, we believe our associates are at the heart of our organization. The Data Center Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance cleaning of the critical space environment (detail vacuuming and wiping down of server equipment, vacuuming and damp moping of flooring). Data Center work is a slow paced, detailed cleaning process, tailored to client and industry standards.

Here's what you can expect in this role...

• Perform all duties as related to data center cleaning maintenance and the scope of work required.
• Perform specific jobs and tasks as directed by Crew Leader, or Operations Manager.
• Responsible for ensuring jobs are completed to the customer and company's expectations.
• Properly maintain assigned equipment (i.e. phones, vacuums, etc.)
• Work directly with the Crew Leader and Operations Manager in quality assurance and notify them of any work-related problems.
• Attend and participate in all required Maintenance Team meetings.
• Clean van and equipment daily. Keep the equipment cage neat and orderly at all times.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Assume other responsibilities from time to time as directed by management.
• Participate in firm's growth as a cooperative and loyal member of the team.
• Travel to the job site is generally done via a van pool with your co-workers leaving around 5am
• The hours for this position are 6am-2:30pm.
• PLEASE NOTE: This is not your standard general cleaning. This is detailed cleaning of critical space and equipment found within a data center.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
• Physical stamina
• High energy, results oriented, takes initiative.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to work flexible hours unsupervised.
• Honest, dependable and team oriented
• Polite, friendly, pleasant and outgoing with a neat, clean appearance.
• Able to demonstrate superior knowledge, skills and processes of Critical Space Cleaning to your team and customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bi-Lingual Preferred.

The pay for this position is $40,019.20 per year.
