Hourly Rate: $16.50

Job Summary

Maintain the highest degree of cleanliness in all exterior public and private areas while also providing a friendly and safe environment for our guests and team members while protecting company assets.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

• Assist with cleanliness around outdoor dining spaces, trash removal, and ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards
• Reports promptly on any exterior repair needed
• Clean and maintain sidewalks (sweeping, cleaning, pressure washing, and more), entrances, parking lots, landscaping debris removal, and outdoor seating areas to ensure a safe, inviting environment
• Monitor outdoor spaces for safety such as slip/trip hazards, report maintenance needs (lighting, signage, pavement), and coordinate with facilities and security
• Perform groundskeeping support, landscaping tasks, litter control, seasonal cleaning (leaves, snow, ice removal where applicable).
• Implement weather-related precautionary measures (de-icing/salting and shoveling in winter, sun protection in heat/summer, and more), and adjust tasks to maintain safety
• Wash and sanitize exterior surfaces, clean outdoor fixtures and furniture, and ensure waste containers are emptied and sanitary
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, groundskeeping, front-of-house teams, and more to prioritize tasks and share updates
• Assist with outdoor event setup and teardown, equipment handling, signage placement, and post-event cleanup
• Provide guest assistance with directions, assist with loading/unloading items when needed, and respond to inquiries with courtesy and professionalism
• Log maintenance issues, guest interactions, safety incidents, and completed tasks for follow-up and accountability

What You Will Need

• High school education or equivalent is required with 1 to 2 years of prior experience is preferred
• Ability to manage several tasks at once
• Must possess good oral and written communication skills along with a good working knowledge of basic computer programs
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift
• Must be able to obtain and possess a Nevada Driver's License
• Knowledge and use of chemicals and electrical equipment

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
• Must be able to push or pull up to 150 pounds
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to stoop, bend, jump, twist, crouch, grip, carry heavy loads and maneuver quickly on level surfaces, as well as up and down stairs
• Must be able to work and stand inside and outside, sometimes in cold or warm temperatures
• Must be able to see and remember the specific details of incidents and persons
• Read, write, speak and understand English
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, dust, small and/or high working space
