Hours & Pay:

  • Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
  • Schedule:
    • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt, courteous customer service to walk-in and phone customers
  • Greet visitors and support front desk operations
  • Assist with processing vehicle titles and related documentation
  • Support dealer registration, document compilation, and record retention
  • Collect and process payments, including checks and floor plans
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks
  • Assist with vehicle redemptions, scheduling, and document processing
  • Manage customer bid badges and vehicle release forms
  • Complete invoicing and data entry accurately
  • Maintain a professional appearance and an organized work area

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of office or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and data entry skills
  • Proven customer service and customer resolution abilities
  • Experience with accounts payable and receivable
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
  • Professional, courteous communication with internal and external customers
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency with computer systems; Google Suite and CRM experience a plus
  • Ability to sit and stand throughout the workday; light lifting up to 20 pounds

This role involves light to moderate administrative physical activity and requires visual acuity consistent with clerical and administrative work.
