Objective:

• WC Health is seeking a responsible and professional Front Desk Clerk to add to their team.

Essential Functions:

• Manage the front desk.
• Answer phones.
• Assist visitors upon arrival.
• Heavy filing and data entry.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of Excel, Word and Google products
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to travel between 2 clinic locations
• Computer savvy
• Energetic, upbeat and positive attitude

Position Type: Full-time

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 1+ years experience in front office setting is required

Additional Qualifications:

• Able to pass a criminal background and drug test
• Solid past employment history and verifiable references

Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
