Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients after enrollment
Walk clients through policy details, updates, and claims
Explain coverage in clear, easy-to-understand terms
Work alongside team leads to streamline onboarding and service
Be the primary point of contact for client service needs
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others
Comfortable with technology and remote collaboration tools
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
Previous customer service or insurance background is a plus (but not required)
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada
