SPS proudly holds national accreditation from the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Compensation starting rates:

ON SITE SECURITY (Varies by locations) $18.00 to $19.00 (Unarmed) $19.00 to $21.00 (Armed) SIGN ON BONUS $1000 $22.00 to $25.00 (Armed Operations Manager) SIGN ON BONUS $1500

Requirements:

• Have reliable transportation
• Have an open availability to work (including weekends)
• Current permit or license to work in security
• Current drivers license / ID or passport
• Current weapon or CCW permit (If applying for an armed position)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Be able to pass random drug testing
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Ability to speak a 2nd language is a plus
• Good driving record (if applying for patrol or supervision positions, No DUIs)
• Have a great personality and able to work with others
• Be willing to learn new techniques and technologies
• If you served in the military, please provide us your Military Form (DD214)

Sign on bonus is subject to completing probational period. (Paid in 3 installments)
