Hospitality Assistant Leader

As an Assistant Leader, you will be instrumental in organizing shifts, training team members, and ensuring that every guest receives a safe and delicious product with each visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a team player and serve alongside your fellow leaders using the Servant Leadership Model.
• Encourage a spirit of teamwork within the restaurant (Coach, Correct, and Cheer!).
• Train team members on Chick-fil-A's standard procedures for success.
• Foster a positive and professional work environment.
• Lead and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with other leaders to achieve outstanding quality and food safety results.
• Ensure all responsibilities are completed thoroughly for each shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations.
• Assist in implementing effective cost control measures throughout the business.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Have reliable transportation for work-related travel.
• Ability to manage equipment, including handling pans and navigating shelving.
• Demonstrate reading, writing, and basic math skills, along with effective verbal communication.
• Capable of working in a hot, noisy, and fast-paced environment.
• Mobility is essential throughout shifts.
• Thrives under pressure and can adapt quickly to changes in orders.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Available to work on Saturdays.
