Were on the search for a Part-Time Assistant Manager Level 2 that will help lead the loudest store in the mall. Youll support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives with regards to hitting sales targets, recruiting, and development.

Job Description

Youll support your Store Manager in achieving the sales plan and/or comp sales goals, help recruit, develop, and retain a super collaborative, passionate team, and create buzz and customer engagement through promotion of new products.

  • Support your Store Manager in achieving the sales plan and/or comp sales goals.
  • Help recruit, develop, and retain a super collaborative, passionate team to run your store alongside you.
  • Create buzz and customer engagement through promotion of new products, use social media platforms, and additional benefits.
  • Provide leadership around running an operationally sound business.
  • Keep watch on shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
  • Collaboratively communicate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends & customer feedback.
  • Run sales reports and use data to help guide your strategy to hit sales targets.
  • Merchandise the store in a compelling way, leveraging planograms as a guide, while launching all promos on time.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
  • Experience leading teams to success and a desire to continue developing your skills.
  • Strong communication, time management, and professionalism skills.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • The ability to adapt to a fast-changing retail environment.
  • Physical ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Please note that the pay range for this position starts as listed, but other factors will determine the final salary for potential new hires.
