Now Hiring: Logistics Line Leader - 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $27.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
A logistics and manufacturing facility is seeking an experienced Logistics Line Leader to support warehouse and shipping operations on the 2nd shift. This role is responsible for coordinating internal logistics, leading daily workflow, and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong warehouse leadership experience, knowledge of domestic and international shipping, and the ability to operate within a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:
Coordinate and prioritize work assignments to support efficient order picking, packing, and shipping. Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to process, monitor, and complete orders. Operate material handling equipment and shipping systems to pick, pack, and ship materials accurately. Handle domestic and international shipping documentation, label creation, order confirmations, and tracking. Execute physical inventory counts and assist with inventory control. Monitor shipping supplies and coordinate transportation with carriers. Serve as a role model to team members, assist with staff guidance, and act as a backup to leadership when needed. Support safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies. Assist in additional warehouse functions and cross-train as required.

Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2+ years of pick, pack, and shipping experience
• International shipping experience required
• Experience using WMS, TMS, and basic SAP transactions preferred
• Ability to operate material handling equipment
• Strong computer skills including scanners, printers, and shipping software
• Ability to lift up to 44 lbs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Sense of urgency, reliability, and leadership mindset
• Ability to read, speak, and write English
