Role Overview

Were seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and team development. You will help lead the store, drive sales, and foster customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support sales goals and achieve store objectives.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate team.
• Create customer engagement through promotions and social media.
• Ensure operational excellence, including inventory, payroll, and scheduling.
• Communicate with leadership and analyze sales data.
• Merchandise the store effectively and launch promotions.
• Develop your team to be high-performing and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in music or pop culture retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills.
• High school diploma or GED; degree preferred.
• Adaptability in a fast-changing retail environment.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Pay range: $15 - $18/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
