Warehouse Associate
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys handson work, takes pride in maintaining a safe and organized environment, and thrives in a fastpaced warehouse setting.
What You'll Do
- Load and unload materials within the warehouse or storage facility
- Perform picking, packing, scanning, kitting, and counting of products
- Use a barcode scanner and warehouse management system
- Follow the 7S program to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Work safely and efficiently to protect yourself and your team
Required
- Experience operating material handling equipment
- Ability to:
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights
- Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull
- Use hands and fingers to handle tools or equipment
- Work in hot or cold warehouse environments
- Availability for flexible scheduling and possible overtime
- 1 year of warehouse experience
- Experience using handheld scanners
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Must have reliable transportation to Spanish Springs
