Join a team that values reliability, innovation, and integrity, and be part of a culture that puts people first while making a positive impact every day./ppPosition Type: Part Time, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts./ppPay Rate: $21.80 / Hour/ppJob Schedule: Day/ppTime:/ppMon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM/ppTue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM/ppFri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM/ppWhy Join Us:/pp+ Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more./pp+ Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities./pp+ Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future./pp+ Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program./ppWhat Youll Do:/pp+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a government location./pp+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times./pp+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or access./pp+ Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or security-related incidents encountered during patrols./pp+ Assist visitors and employees by providing information and directions as needed, while maintaining a visible presence./pp+ Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as required during incidents at the location./pp+ Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities observed during assigned shifts./ppMinimum Requirements:/pp+ At least 6 months of security-related experience is required./pp+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age./pp+ CPR and first aid certification is preferred./pp+ Handcuff, pepper spray, and baton certifications are preferred./pp+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles./pp+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent./pp+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws./pp+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws./pp+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law./pp+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment./pp+ A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only./ppAllied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
