Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Summary:
A 3PL warehouse in the Sparks area is now hiring experienced Forklift Operators. This role requires hands-on experience operating reach trucks, order pickers (cherry pickers), and sit-down forklifts. Associates will spend the majority of their shift on powered industrial equipment while also cross-training in RF scanning and general warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity for dependable operators looking for steady weekday work.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:
• Operate reach truck, order picker (cherry picker), and sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
• Load, move, stage, and unload materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick and place product from racking using elevated equipment
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and complete orders accurately
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed (cross-training required)
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Job Requirements:
• Previous experience operating reach truck and order picker required
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for the entire shift
• Steel toe shoes required
• Previous warehouse experience required
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
