Production Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 03:30pm)

• Operate, monitor, and tend molding machines, ensuring proper setup, output quality, and basic maintenance.
• Follow written and verbal instructions while performing repetitive production tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Handle, trim, and deburr parts using good handeye coordination
• Read blueprints and communicate effectively; bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Production Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Current resume with relevant machine-operation or manufacturing experience, required.
• Minimum 1 year of machine operation experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to follow instructions, maintain quality standards, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong manual dexterity and physical capability to lift 2030 lbs, stand for long periods, and handle repetitive tasks.

• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
