Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products; collaborate with cross functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively; adapt to business needs; track goods; maintain in-stock levels; and control shrinkage in a timely manner.
• Be an Expert: Understand quality processes for various types of produce; prepare products according to established standards; maintain product safety and sanitation guidelines; adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies related to produce quality.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology for production, training, and product quality decisions; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Be an Owner: Drive area performance; manage inventory; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; assist customers per company policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products; demonstrate energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
• Comply with company policies and ethics; apply Open Door Policy in business processes.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; manage deadlines and monitor progress.

• Be an Owner: Manage inventory, ensure quality and date control, and assist customers per policy.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Deliver high-quality service and maintain energy and dedication.
• Adhere to company policies, ethics, and Open Door Policy.
• Complete tasks and priorities with available data and resources, communicating progress and seeking opportunities for improvement.
