Duration: Contract-to-Hire Interview: No interview but they will be scheduled for a site tour before extending an offer./ppA Production Associate is responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations throughout the door components manufacturing process. Production Associates are cooperative and willing to apply their skills in a variety of venues by regularly rotating positions to achieve success. Working safely is a key skill needed in this position./ppWhat you will need:/pulliNo experience needed/liliHS Diploma or GED preferred/liliAble to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen/liliSafety toe shoes/li/ulpWhat you will do:/pulliDuties include everything from sweeping and cleaning, to sorting and stacking, to learning the ropes of the Machine Operator job./liliTake pride and great care in checking quality for every order you help fill for our customers./liliAssist Machine Operators/liliTake full ownership of your work area and work to achieve Total Quality Management/li/ulpKnowledge, Skills Abilities:/pulliBe able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation/liliAbility to work in a standing position for 10-hour shifts/liliLots of energy for walking, squatting, crouching, turning, twisting, stretching, grabbing, pulling, pushing, bending, etc. in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment/liliA focus on safety around operating machinery/liliWillingness to learn and be trained/liliExcellent attendance must be reliable and punctual/li/ulpSafe Production: Masonite strives to maintain a target 0% safety incident rate.
