They are enthusiastic about fitness and excited about serving others and help to deliver an exceptional member experience at gym level./ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliGreets all members guests with a focus on member engagement and retention./liliAssists with membership, retail and tanning product sales./liliPromotes membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training and childcare./liliDelivers on new member enrollment expectations./liliChecks in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures, to include resolving any member check-in with an alert./liliAnswers phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner/liliCommunicates special events to members and guests,/liliFacilitates all member requests or forwards to a manager./liliMaintains a professional and courteous disposition./liliIs an expert in all club facility, services, programs and schedules/hours of operation./liliMaintains a clean and organized work area,/liliAble to navigate all stations of the front desk area, to including check-in, Relax Recover, guest services, and membership sales./liliPerforms opening and closing checklist and duties./li/ulpstrongRequirements:/strong/pulliMinimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred./liliAbility to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills./liliStrong customer service orientation/liliCPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)/li/ulpstrongPhysical Requirements:/strong/pulliMust be able to lift or move up to 50lb./liliPhysical effort required for daily duties include prolonged standing and walking./li/ulpstrongReporting Structure:/strong/pulliReports directly to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager./li/ulpCompensation: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour/p/div
