The Dishwasher maintains a clean and efficient kitchen environment.Duties:* Engages in ware washing and cleaning of kitchen areas to help facilitate restaurant service* Works in conjunction with the Banquet Department in loading, transporting and assisting in major banquet functions.* Works with Chefs to ensure a minimum 90% rating by the Washoe County Health Department in all food outlets and bars.* Maintains procedures and controls for the kitchens, including safeguards against damage, pilferage, breakage and spoilage.* Ensure that all safety standards are followed and reports all unsafe and unsanitary conditions to management.Qualifications:* Must be able to work any shift.* Ability to work independently.* Must be able to follow directions and respond with a sense of urgency.* Must be able to comprehend Basic English.
