Handle guest queries and challenges efficiently and promptly, reflecting the luxurious nature of Scenic & Emerald Yachts. Guest satisfaction is measured by the Guest Feedback Survey in all areas concerning guests. Deliver personalised and professional service to guarantee an impeccable experience for guests throughout their voyage. Assist the Chief Purser in providing a professional and accountable financial service on board the vessel, being fully accountable for the accuracy of guest accounts. Demonstrate a proven understanding of financial processes and procedures, ensuring zero errors in guest accounts through accurate and proper handling of systems.
Candidates should have previous experience in ocean ship or hotel guest services and possess good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel). MXP experience is advantageous. They should have a positive personality, friendly and neat appearance, and be service-oriented and guest-focused. Fluent English skills, both verbal and written, are essential as English is the working and safety language onboard Emerald Yachts; other languages are an asset. Candidates must be stress-resistant, patient, flexible, and team players, with strong interpersonal skills.
