Title: M&A Project Manager (Application)
Location: Fully remote
Duration: 12 month contract with potential to extend
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US
Overview of Project:
Engagement with M&A team to provide support for application identification, dispositioning, and separation for the duration of the term. Candidate will need to perform Application Services such as; meeting with app and service owners to develop separation approach and plans for Day 1, support post close TSA Exit Plans to separate / migrate and/or decom applications, collaborating with project managers and business analysts assigned to the Application Tower, collaborate and plan with IT deal team leads.
Deliverables include:
1. Manage, update, and maintain weekly status reports with the list of activities and/or Application based on research required to be completed as per direction with the required level of detail
2. Support the maintenance of the Application Data Book, vet with functional and business leaders for completeness and accuracy, identify TSA dispositions, collaborate with IT Procurement to ensure TSA rights are secured
3. Support and manage Day 1 separation projects as assigned to support deal close and post separation work
4. Understand and support the terms and conditions of the IT TSA and the Post Close Governance as it pertains to application support and separation management
5. Manage TSA Exit projects to support exiting the TSA in timely manner, as assigned
6. Schedule and co-ordinate internal and external meetings and status review meetings to manage project schedule and progress
Requirements:
• Experience with SharePoint and Teams required
• Researches and recommends priorities, resolves project level issues and escalates, as needed
• Must be able to use problem-solving/critical thinking skills, and independent thinking to overcome challenges
• Effective communication with project team members, key stakeholders, and sponsors
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with ambiguity and aggressive timelines
Assumptions:
• Resources must be familiar with various application technologies
• Resource will report to IT Application Lead
• Resources will work the entire duration remotely.
