Now Hiring: Distribution Specialist | USA Parkway

Looking for a hands-on role where you can make a real impact in your community? Join a team dedicated to helping provide food assistance across Northern Nevada.

Location: USA Parkway (Travel required throughout Northern NV)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Thursday | 4:15 AM - 2:45 PM (4x10 schedule)

Pay:
• $22.00 - $23.50/hr (Temp-to-Hire, depending on experience)
• $21.00/hr (Temporary Tech)

What You'll Do:
• Load and unload distribution trucks
• Assist with mobile food distribution set-up
• Travel to distribution sites and support community events
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and electric pallet jacks
• Work in outdoor and refrigerated environments
• Distribution sites may include partner agencies, pantries, schools, community events, health fairs, and other locations, most of which are outdoors

What We're Looking For:
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions and cold storage (as low as -5°)
• Strong teamwork and customer service mindset
• 2-4 years nonprofit or volunteer experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Travel is required using a company vehicle.
