Our Distribution Centers are currently seeking full-time associates for various shifts. PetSmart offers flexible work options, including four 10-hour weekday shifts or three 12-hour weekend shifts. Shifts may vary by location and could include shift differential pay. Below are examples of typical shifts within the Distribution Center:

• Morning Shift: Monday - Thursday from 5am - 3:30pm
• Afternoon/Early Overnight Shift: Monday - Thursday from 4pm - 2:30am
• Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday from 5am - 5:30pm

• Step increases: We offer 6 pay increases within your first 24 months! We believe in the value of your growth and development during the first 2 years of service, providing a seven-step pay program that includes four wage increases in your first year and two in your second.

The impact you'll make

As a Warehouse Distribution Associate, you will be part of an energetic team environment with opportunities to work in a variety of roles within our warehouse:

• Picker & Packer: Select store-specific products and pack larger items for shipment.
• Stocker & Cherry Picker: Place handpicked products into designated modules or reserve docking locations.
• Receiver & Unloader: Scan products into inventory while unloading trailers; sort mixed SKU pallets for stocking.
• Loader: Ensure trailers are loaded accurately to optimize capacity.

What we are looking for

• A passion for pets and a desire to build a fulfilling career.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow standard procedures and respond to requests.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various movements.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, standing, sitting, or walking throughout the shift, typically lasting 10-12 hours.
• Willingness to operate powered industrial equipment; training and safety standards will be provided.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and noise levels.
